Our Purpose

SouLinks is a new type of online connection site, one that recognises that there is a lot more to the individual than meets the eye. Whether you consider that to mean that there is a deeper spiritual dimension to everything or simply that there are hidden depths to explore in our connections with each other, a profile describing an individual needs to be more holistic and deeper reaching.

SouLinks was created to meet this need and, in part, to serve as a bridge for those who are willing to see others from a more holistic point of view and to share something of their life journey with like minded souls.

While internet based systems are limited in many ways when it comes to defining what it is that makes two people click, the power of the internet is in helping us to connect with other souls around the world who we would not otherwise be able to meet or even know of their existence.

What’s different about us?

While fully embracing the regular types of interpersonal and social connections, SouLinks recognises a wider range of possible links between individuals than most other sites, such as that special friendship or soul connection based on a common mindset, experience or approach to life. Equally, we help those with similar or shared interests to connect with each other around the globe. For example, those interested in complementary medicine, healing, alternative technologies and sustainable ways of living that are being seen to have an increasingly important role in raising awareness around the world and in ensuring the future of the planet.

Does it Cost anything?

SouLinks will always be free to join as a complimentary member enabling one to set up a profile, search and view the profiles of others and fully participate in the Forums. Nevertheless, we have in place a subscription system which allows full members to be able to communicate with others. The rates are minimal (£5/US$10 for one month and £10/US$20 for 3 months), enabling us to maintain and develop the site while allowing us to support other parties and organisations. Complimentary members can take up full membership whenever they choose for a minimum period of one month and on an intermittent basis as required.

We use ethical banking facilities and ten percent of the profits will be donated to various worthy causes such as Plan, which supports small indigenous communities around the world, Friends of the Earth and Amnesty International. We will also support research endeavours that expand our understanding of energy and of the deeper dimensions, with its consequences of greater healing for the world and humanity.

Do we have a Philosophy?

SouLinks does not represent or promote any particular philosophy, movement, group, religion or form of spirituality. Instead it acknowledges the rich diversity of points of view that drive and guide each person and which underpin our creativity, our sense of purpose and of the sacred. Nevertheless it is clear to many that it is through our relationships with others that we come to know more about who we truly are and that the journey of self-discovery is probably the most important journey we ever make. It is our most cherished wish then that all members enjoy the varied connections that they can forge on SouLinks and through them come to know more about themselves, others and ‘All That Is’.
